Forty Days played at Grantsville High School's tailgate party this past Friday. It was the high school's first football game of the season, so there were a lot of people there to support the team and hear the band. The band was a real BIG hit with everyone at the party! It was announced that they would be playing again for the high school's homecoming game in October and everyone cheered really loud!! For this show the band was asked to play a couple different numbers, one for when the opposing team came out, and one for when Grantsville's team came out. Being the talented band that they are, Forty Days came up with the two numbers the night before! I've included the videos of both. Since Grantsville's mascot is a Cowboy, it was requested that the song for the opposing team be "Should of Been a Cowboy" by Toby Keith. That got the crowd excited! Sorry about the shaky camera in some moments, though. I was trying to turn the camera on the tri-pod to catch the excitement and it wasn't cooperating. The song for Grantsville's team was "Eye of the Tiger." Good times!!
